Command & Control System
OverWatch is a real-time command and control platform built for live event production teams. It gives crew coordinators a single live view of every person, piece of gear, and broadcast pack on-site — all on one map, all updating in real time.
OverWatch is designed for live sports production, broadcast events, concerts, and any large-scale operation where crew coordination and gear tracking matter. If you're running a scene with 10+ people across a venue, OverWatch gives you situational awareness in real time.
OverWatch is invite-only. Contact your production coordinator or event administrator to receive credentials. Each user is assigned a username and password by the system admin.
Crew members install OwnTracks (free, iOS or Android) and enter the server URL provided by their coordinator. Once set up, their location updates automatically in the background. No account creation required — just the app and the URL.
OverWatch runs in any modern browser — desktop, tablet, or mobile. No app install required for the dashboard. Location tracking requires the OwnTracks app on crew members' phones.
TVU packs are imported and monitored automatically if your organization uses the TVU Networks platform. Live signal status, bitrate, and connection state update every 60 seconds. Assign packs to specific crew members in the admin panel.
Location data is used only for real-time display during active events. Positions are not logged or retained after a session ends. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Yes. OverWatch supports multiple active zones and events simultaneously. Assets and crew can be organized by zone, and the map view updates dynamically as people move between areas.
OverWatch is a private, access-controlled platform used exclusively by authorized production personnel. This policy outlines how data is collected, used, and protected within the system.
We do not sell, share, or transfer any data to third parties. All data is used solely for operational coordination within your organization's event.
Real-time location data is not permanently stored. Check-in records (name, contact info) are retained for event record-keeping and deleted upon request. Authentication sessions expire automatically after a period of inactivity.
OverWatch uses encrypted HTTPS connections for all data transmission. Access is protected by password authentication. All API endpoints require valid session credentials. The platform is hosted on a secured cloud infrastructure with restricted access.
Any crew member may request deletion of their check-in record by contacting their event coordinator. Location tracking can be stopped at any time by closing or uninstalling OwnTracks.
For privacy-related inquiries, contact your event administrator or production coordinator directly.
